Spotlight on Berries
With hot weather here in full force, summer fruit made their first appearance at market last weekend!  Beautiful blueberries, raspberries, and cherries are in and delicious–pickup a pint from any one of our farmers and see if you’re able to make it home without eating all of them!  Wonder when other summer favorites will be here?  Virginia Grown has a helpful calendar so you know when you’ll be able to bring local watermelon and corn to your neighborhood BBQ.

Father’s Day T-shirt Giveaway
The OTFM celebrates Dads this weekend with a free t-shirt giveaway!  The first 25 families to come to the blue Information Booth in front of City Hall will be able to pick up a strawberry-logo OTFM shirt; we even have toddler-sized shirts for Dad & me shopping teams!  Are you a late sleeper on Saturday morning?  Not to worry, we have OTFM logo reusable shopping bags for the second 25 families!
