Silberberg vehemently rejects any notion that she is “anti-business.” She voted, for example, against extending parking meter hours in Old Town, a decision she would like to see reconsidered. She opposed using eminent domain to force the relocation of the Old Dominion Boat Club, which she said “goes against the core values of our country.”
