The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride in O’Town | Fireman Mike | Old Town Post

A group of classic motorcycles were cruising down King Street with riders wearing suits.  Curiosity got the best of me so I did a little research and discovered this was an annual charity ride for men’s health called The Distinguished Gentlemans Ride.

After perusing the gentlemans’ ride website, I discovered that this is a world-wide riding event.  The following excerpt was taken from their website:

On Sunday September 27th 2015, more than 36530 smartly-dressed gentlefolk in 410 cities from 79 countries will straddle the saddles of their café racers, bobbers, scramblers and other marvellous custom motorcycles to raise awareness and help fund the cure for prostate cancer.

For further information you can check out the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride Facebook page or their website.
