The Alexandria Police Department (APD) advised, at 9:57 p.m. on January 22, 2016, that they are investigating a robbery (seriously, in this snow) at N. Beauregard and N. Morgan Street.  Four suspects assaulted a victim and stole a backpack. Police are in the area.
