The former Beachcomber Restaurant at 0 Prince Street in Old Town, Alexandria was demolished earlier this morning, July 12, 2016.  Demolition crews stated “the building fell in an hour and 15 minutes and that once the main beam was removed that was all she wrote”.

Demolishing the former Beachcomber restaurant building sets the groundwork for construction of the new Old Dominion Boat Club headquarters.
