Mount Vernon Police District – Police charged a doctor employed at the HIBP Medical Services, located at 6911 Richmond Highway, for inappropriately touching a patient on Thursday, June 23. An investigation determined that the victim, a 30-year-old man, went to the medical center to be seen by a doctor.
The victim was escorted to an exam room. When the doctor entered, he asked the victim general questions for the reason of the visit. During the interview, the doctor asked the victim to remove all of his clothing. The victim complied and the suspect allegedly proceeded to touch the victim inappropriately as part of the exam. The appointment was concluded and the victim left the medical center. He contacted police later that night.
