SafeTrack – Stay Informed, Make a Plan, Keep Calm and Carry On

SafeTrack work in the City continues with Surge #8 with Blue Line trains continuously single tracking between Franconia-Springfield and Van Dorn Street August 20 through September 5, 2016. We strongly encourage you to start exploring alternatives to both Metro and driving alone for your regular commute.

SafeTrack will be on ongoing process. While these much needed improvements are being made to Metro, we recommend staying up to date via the City’s comprehensive SafeTrack webpage.  The website will provide regular updates on SafeTrack, a summary  of  alternative transportation options, and helpful information via social media channels, press releases and more.

Explore our list of trusted resources as you navigate SafeTrack and make the best decision for your commute and remember to Stay Informed, Make a  Plan, Keep Calm and Carry On.
