Felonious Assault – 6:51am 

The victim of the felonious assault in the 4600 block of Duke Street sustained a gunshot wound; he is currently in critical but stable condition at a local hospital.

Felonious Assault Investigation – 2:32am

The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a felonious assault in the 4600 block of Duke Street. The victim was transported to the hospital with injuries. Westbound lanes of Duke Street are closed in the area for police investigation.
