screen-shot-2016-09-28-at-2-43-34-pmSpotlight on: Eggplants
As summer vegetables start to fade, it is time to really take advantage of these last few weeks of warm weather produce! Eggplants soak up the flavor of the rest of the dish so they’re perfect in strong dishes, or marinated and grilled alongside your burgers at a cookout. Find eggplants for the next few weeks at all of our farms.
