One Arrested, Two Wanted for Franconia Robbery | News Release | FCPD Public Affairs Bureau

Franconia Police District – Detectives from the Major Crimes Division are investigating a commercial robbery that occurred at the LensCrafters store located at 6575 Frontier Drive, on Friday, August 19. At around 10:25 a.m., three women entered the store and stole 11 pairs of designer sunglasses. One of the suspects sprayed two employees with a chemical believed to be Mace or Pepper Spray. All three suspects fled the scene.

After a thorough investigation, detectives from the Major Crimes Division identified all three suspects involved in the case. On Wednesday, September 7, 2016, warrants were obtained for Tayna Lakrisha Gibson, 24, of Washington D.C. and Diamond Janay Fleming, 22, of Maryland for robbery and felony malicious bodily injury by means of any caustic substance or agent. Gibson and Fleming’s whereabouts are unknown.


On Thursday, August 28, warrants were obtained for Dominique Katherine Thompson, 26, of Maryland. She was arrested on Monday, September 12, 2016 for robbery and felony malicious bodily injury by means of any caustic substance or agent.
