Fall Concert at historic Lloyd House TONIGHT – Rain or Shine!
September 29, 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Please join us on Thursday, September 29, for a free live musical performance by Robert Mabe at historic Lloyd House, located at 220 N. Washington Street. Robert Mabe, of the bluegrass band “Drymill Road,” is known for his traditional bluegrass music with surprising twists and turns of musicality and phrasing.
In light of the rain forecast, this event will be moved inside the Lloyd House, constructed in 1796 by tavern keeper John Wise whose most famous real estate properties included Gadsby’s Tavern. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Plan to attend this Lloyd House happy hour with family and friends!
The Lloyd House houses the administrative offices of the Office of Historic Alexandria (OHA).
