According to documents filed with Alexandria’s planning and zoning, Meggrolls will be opening up a restaurant and catering business at 107 N. Fayette Street in Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia. Meggrolls website describes their food as “a powerfully concentrated bite of your favorite meal, wrapped in a crispy, hot package”.

Meaghan Baroody and her business partner Alexander Pare plan to serve egg rolls, coleslaw, chili, french fries, beer and wine at the restaurant. The restaurant will be set up to serve 28 customers indoors and 12 for outside seating.
The restaurant plans to serve lunch and dinner to walk in customers and deliver catering orders to office luncheons and special events. The planned hours of operation are:
- Monday, Tuesday, Sunday (11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
- Wednesday (11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
- Thursday (11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
- Friday, Saturday (11:00 a.m. – Midnight)
MeggRolls won the Peoples’ Choice Award at the 14th Annual Carpenter’s Shelter cook off. It looks like MeggRolls is on a roll and will soon be snagging up customers in Old Town.
MeggRolls garnered a great following as a food truck business. They will soon move into the Old Town, Alexandria restaurant scene. They already have a lot of fans. Members of the Alexandria Fire Department (AFD) seem to like MeggRolls too.
