The City invites the public to hear parking and transportation expert, Todd Litman, speak on parking trends and management strategies. On Monday, February 6, 2017, from 7-9 p.m. Mr. Litman will be discussing changes in commercial parking trends and ideas for how to manage parking more efficiently.
Mr. Litman is the director of the Victoria Policy Transport Institute, which is an independent research organization dedicated to developing innovative solutions to transport problems, and author of Parking Management Best Practices.
