The City of Alexandria’s Office of Housing is now marketing a newly renovated affordable homeownership unit located at 6151 Edsall Road, Unit M in the Edsall Bluff Community. This two-bedroom, one and a half bath home is listed through the City’s Alexandria Neighborhood Stabilization Program partnership with Rebuilding Together Alexandria. The unit is priced at $205,000 and the monthly condominium fee is $382.
This unit is available to first-time homebuyers who live or work in the City of Alexandria with incomes up to 80% of the area median income, or $88,250 for a four-person household. The City’s nonprofit partner and property owner, Rebuilding Together Alexandria, is offering a matching closing cost grant of up to $4,000 to the qualified purchaser. Purchasers may be eligible for up to $50,000 in no-interest, deferred payment financing through the Flexible Homeownership Assistance Program (FHAP) .
