We welcome French trained Chef Declan of Big D’s Savories and Specialty Breads back to the market this week along with My Lovely Brigadeiro. The Brigadeiro is a Brazilian Truffle…truly scrumptious…Dream of Goodies delights with cookies including lemon ginger zest, mini carrot cakes, carrot cake jars, blueberry muffins, cinnamon spice muffins, whoopie pies with vanilla, strawberry, or peanut butter frosting, vanilla cupcakes with chocolate avocado or vanilla frosting, and chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting and as well as bites with protein and collagen, which will both make their debut! Dream of Goodies are gluten free, low glycemic and non gmo. Chef Michael brings Chocolate Chip, Chai Spiced, and Mint Chocolate Chip recipes. Plus, for the next two weeks, he will have his Red, White, and Blue, an oatmeal cookie with cranberries, white chocolate, and blueberries! I cannot wait to sample those!
LuLaRoe returns on May 25th. We expect to welcome a new vendor to the market in the next few weeks, Kham, will be bringing us Fresh Squeezed Raw Sugar Cane Juice. We continue to search for a new farmer and will keep everyone posted when local fruits and veggies return to the market.

Monday, May 22nd our neighbor the Canal Center would like to invite you to a one-hour all levels yoga class starting at 5:15PM on the plaza. Attendees should bring their own mat, water and good vibes to enjoy this event on our newly renovated plaza! Class is complimentary and is open to all tenants and guests.

Free Yoga in The Fresh Air returns Thursday, June 22nd 6pm -7pm. Montgomery Park Gazebo.
June 22nd through September 21st, weather permitting. We will be accepting donations of healthy, non perishable food for local food pantries at each class. Free Yoga in the Fresh Air is sponsored by River’s Edge Yoga, Yogis for Positive Change and the Old Town North Community Partnership.
