Amending Governing Documents – A Free Training for Community Associations | News Release | City of Alexandria

The City of Alexandria invites board members of condominium communities and other interested residents to a free training titled Amending Governing Documents for Condominium Communities.  The training will be held on June 10 from 10:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m.at Beatley Central Library, 5005 Duke Street.  Attorneys from the Alexandria-based law firm of MercerTrigiani will present recommended practices for revising governing documents to ensure accuracy and legal compliance. This can be one of the most challenging processes for common interest communities. Participants will have ample to ask questions of the presenters.
