A Special Use Permit has been filed for 727 North Henry Street. If approved, the spot will become Grateful Juice Bar owned by Kimberly Sickman offering some healthy options for the neighborhood. There will be an outdoor walk-up counter perfect for grabbing some early morning coffee while walking your fur-baby.
Grateful Juice Bar will serve hand crafted juices and smoothies as well as coffee. The joint will have a small breakfast and lunch menu that will include items such as avocado toast, opened faced sandwiches, quinoa bowles, and pastries. The proposed restaurant is an approximately 525 square foot walk-up juice bar that will offer hand crafted juices, coffee, and a small menu of breakfast and lunch items. The neighborhood serving restaurant will provide nearby residents with a healthy and convenient dining option.
Grateful Juice Bar would open at 6:30am seven days a week. It will stay open until 8pm Monday through Thursday, 3pm Friday, and 2 o’clock on weekends.
