The Lopez family brings us fresh fruits and veggies from their farm in the Northern Neck. One of our customers made up some delicious gazpacho from their veggies and shared some with me. Scrumptious! Ana of Sweet Twist of Ecuador returns to us with blackberry with quinoa, watermelon and mint, passion fruit with mango, kale and peach ice cream! She will also have her daughter’s yummy popsicles. Sara of Dream of Goodies will be sharing mini carrot cakes and her new blueberry muffins….all of Sara’s goodies are gluten free, low glycemic, non GMO and delicious. Chef Michael offers chocolate chip, chai spiced, double chocolate espresso, and apricot pecan oatmeal, along with treats for our four legged friends. Need a hostess gift for summer travels or an indulgence for yourself? Check out Unique Jewelry and Things. We welcome our newest vendor Betsheba Breads to the market. Bakers Jose and Joanna’s breads reflect both Jose’s Bolivian heritage and training at his family’s bakery in Bolivia and Joanna’s time spent learning her Polish Grandmother’s recipes. They are both committed to perfecting their recipes and giving them a healthy twist. I look forward to sampling their breads soon.
