November Arrives!  | Newsletter | Old Town North Farmers’ Market

Hi Folks,

“You don’t have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces – just good food from fresh ingredients.” – Julia Child

As fall drops in, we invite you to join us at the Old Town North Community Farmer’s Market, Thursday, November 2nd.  Alexandria’s Favorite Dog Friendly Market. 901 North Royal Street. 3pm-7pm

Ana’s empanadas continue to warm our shoppers; she will have pumpkin, chocolate hazelnut ice cream, vanilla cacao nibs ice cream; chocolate with cacao nibs ice cream; sorbet with kale, spinach and exotic fruits; coffee from south America and rumor has it she may soon be making soup!  Chef Michael delights with chocolate chip, chai spiced, peanut butter and chocolate, and Cherry chocolate and Walnut, as well as his stütchen.  Sara of Dream of Goodies brings us mini pumpkin pies. All of Sara’s offerings are paleo, gluten free, low glycemic and non-GMO. Julia of Tiger Soaps offers an array of indulgences for the senses. I indulged with her foot pampering products after the Paws in the Park on Saturday, heavenly…

In the community…
