Blackwall Hitch’s fall/winter menu is in full swing down at it’s Old Town location overlooking the Potomac.  “The change of season is always an exciting time for us to bring new flavors to the Blackwall Hitch menu. Fall and winter are all about comfort and warmth, which we’ve embraced with our modern, innovative flair.” said Blackwall Corporate Chef Michael Wagner.

Additions to the Blackwall’s seasonal “chilly weather” menu include:

  • Chicken Tortilla Soup: Roasted Chicken, Poblano Peppers, Tomatoes, Tortilla Strips Cilantro & Scallions
  • Ahi Tuna Poke Tower: Diced Ahi Tuna tossed in Honey-Sriracha Vinaigrette & Sesame Seeds layered on top of Avocado & Wakame Seaweed Salad served with Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
  • Knot & Bay Burger: Featuring melted White Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Tomatoes & Onions, Green Leaf Lettuce & Parsley Butter served on a Challah Knot Bun brushed with Old Bay Mayo
  • Braised Beef Short Rib: Tender, slow-cooked boneless Beef Short Rib with Roasted Aromatic Vegetables in a rich, savory Beef Broth served with Butter-Whipped Potatoes & topped with Crispy Onion Straws

Wagner went on to state “Our chefs have created sumptuous dishes that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the taste buds. We’re looking forward to this season, especially to share our culinary inspirations at holiday parties and our Thanksgiving buffet.”
