The Old Dominion Boat Club’s old clubhouse on King Street will be demolished tomorrow, Tuesday, March 13th. According to Vola’s the demolition will start in the morning around 7am.

While there are many mixed emotions on the demolition of the old clubhouse, Vola’s (101 N. Union) has decided to celebrate. They will have an all day happy hour according to their Facebook (FB) page. The FB page goes on to post:

“New Old Dominion Boat Club = new view at Vola’s! – It’s a win win!

Join us tomorrow, Tuesday, March 13th, for all day happy hour and watch the demolition of the old ODBC building. This is a show you won’t want to miss!”

The Old Dominion Boat Club moved into their new clubhouse on the Strand and Prince at last years end.
