We are so grateful to the many generous individuals and organizations who support the Athenaeum and allow us to keep the historic building in great condition, open to the public free of charge, and filled with a diverse and robust representation of the wonderful visual and preforming arts being generated in the DC/MD/VA area!
This year’s member appreciation party has an easy, breezy beach theme. We hope to see you there!
Members and their guests are invited to wear their favorite Hawaiian shirt and Ray Bans and come enjoy the Athenaeum Beach Club featuring:

- Roving Doo-Wop Singers
- Luxe Picnic Fare
- Beach Music
- Shag Dancing Demos
- Gourmet Popcorn Bar
- Much, much more!
Members at the Supporter level ($100) and above receive one ticket at no charge. Additional tickets can be purchased for $75 each. Higher membership levels receive additional free tickets.
