Brunching at Bastille — So Many Delicious French Choices
That delicious cover photo you see is the Oeufs Benedict from Bastille. It’s smoked salmon, with two poached eggs, topped with hollandaise, nestled in a buttery croissant. It’s served with watercress and duck fat home fries. It was my brunch entree last week. And it was delicious.
Miles and I love going to Bastille for their French Quickie lunch deal but only recently tried brunch. O.M.Golly. So delish.
We opted to go à la carte, but there is a prix fixe menu available for $29 which includes one appetizer (or soup, or salad), one entree, and one dessert.
Miles ordered the Steak & Eggs. It was an Angus beef bistro filet with two farm fresh eggs. A classic choice.

The brunch menu has a lovely range. Salad Niçoise. Oysters. Croque Madame (Croque Monsieur is my favorite sandwich! So I bet the grilled ham, Gruyère, Mornay sauce sammy topped with a fried egg would be pretty darn tasty.).
Bastille’s brunch menu includes 5 desserts and 5 specialty cocktails. Plus for just $22 you can sip on the {Bastille Mimosa Brunch} which includes a bottle of Sparkling, a carafe of Orange Juice, and glasses for the table.
Bastille’s Mimosa Brunch is served on Sunday AND Saturday from 11:30 to 2:30! Bon appetite.
